How do we get started?

How is pricing worked out?
Cost depends on scope, complexity and timeline. After discovery, we send a proposal with an itemized quote so you can review it before deciding.
We already use some software. Do we need to replace it?
Not necessarily. Often it is enough to connect or extend the tools you already have. We only suggest replacing something when there is a clear reason to.
Who supports us after handover?
We hand over documentation and user guides, and can continue with maintenance and support by agreement. The scope and duration of support are set out in the proposal.
How is our business data handled?
Your data is used only for the purposes of the project and within the access you agree to grant. If you have specific security requirements, we are happy to discuss including them in the agreement.
